About

Durango Office Suites is locally owned and centrally located in downtown Durango, Colorado. We kept intact the historic heart of our 120 year old building and renovated it in 2002 to better serve the needs of local and visiting professionals.

Durango Office Suites offers 25 office spaces available for short or long-term rental. We also provide options for temporary, fully-equipped offices for half or full-day use, subject to availability. 

Two conference rooms in our building are available for rent by the half-day, full-day, or week. Within easy walking distance of our building are numerous coffee shops, restaurants, city buildings, the courthouse, and post office.

Our building is ADA accessible.

Directions: Enter at the 1075 Main Avenue entrance and head up the stairs. At the top you will see the conference room to your left.

ADA Accessible: Enter through the Crossroads Durango building at 1099 Main Avenue and ask for alternate directions.

Location: 3rd floor of the Crossroads Durango Building @ 1099 Main Avenue.

Directions: Enter at 1099 Main Avenue into the Crossroads Durango Building. Take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor. Conference room is down the hall on the left.
